Belkin today announced its new Hi-Speed USB 2.0 4-Port Hub, which features a top-loading port that lets you easily connect your iPod shuffle or other USB device. “Smartly packaged in a white, compact shell that complements the shuffle and the Mac mini, this Hub features a patent-pending, top-loading USB port for easy access (with 3 additional ports in the back). Belkin to unveil TuneStage Bluetooth stereo solution

iPodlounge reports that Belkin plans to introduce a Bluetooth stereo solution for the iPod next month. The new product, called TuneStage, “will consist of two components–a receiver and a transmitter–which will connect any iPod via wireless Bluetooth link to any stereo system. The receiver will connect to a stereo via 3.5-inch minijack or RCA left and right ports, and Belkin is currently considering whether to additionally include an optical TOSLink output on the final product.

Belkin intros TuneBase FM for iPod mini

Belkin today introduced the TuneBase FM, a new iPod mini accessory that lets you mount, power, charge and listen to the device while in your car. The TuneBase FM, which plugs into a cigarette lighter outlet, features a flexible-steel neck, iPod mini holder, and built-in FM transmitter. It charges and plays audio simultaneously, according to the Belkin. The TuneBase FM will begin shipping on November 22 for US$79.99.

The TunePower is a rechargeable battery pack that provides 8-10 hours of additional play time and fits all size iPods. The TuneBase, a device that holds and charges your iPod mini in your vehicle, features a cradle with a flexible-steel neck that powers and charges your iPod mini simultaneously. The TunePower carries a a suggested retail price of US$99.99 and the TuneBase is priced at $49.99. Both will begin shipping October 25, 2004.
