Apple logo signs returned to Elite Computers
In April of last year, we reported that Elite Computers had filed a lawsuit against Apple Computer, seeking more than US$5 million in compensation for what it said was a breach of contract, unfair competition, false advertising and fraud. An unusual story has appeared on the Mercury News Web site today, adding another tidbit to the saga.
