SanDisk releases rugged flash media
SanDisk today introduced a new line of industrial grade flash storage products designed for extreme endurance, reliability, and data integrity. The products feature 4-bit error correction, ruggedized construction, card level MTBF of more than 3 million hours, a seven year warranty, and other features designed for demanding environments. The line is available in CompactFlash (16MB-512MB), PC Card (16MB-2GB), and Flash Drive (32MB-2GB) formats.
