THIRD OF FOUR: DEVONAGENT 1.5 (AND DEVONTHINK 1.9.2)
London (UK, European Union), 2nd of February, 2005 — DEVONtechnologies
Ltd. releases version 1.5 of its Internet research tool DEVONagent. Also,
it updates DEVONthink Personal Edition to version 1.9.2.
DEVONagent 1.5, DEVONthink’s research companion, is the first major update
for almost a year and so it comes with a huge list of new features,
improvements and, of course, some bugfixes.
Canon today announced the four megapixel PowerShot A520 compact digital camera, which the company says is 13 percent smaller and 10 percent lighter than previous models, and is also equipped with a longer 4.0x 35-140mm (35mm format equivalent) optical zoom lens. “In order to make the camera smaller, Canon engineered the new PowerShot A520 model to accept SD and MMC media,” notes the announcement.

Envision Everywhere, Envision 1.1, special pricing at Macworld/SF

Open Door’s Envision software moves Web images beyond the confines of

ATI Technologies today introduced the Radeon X800 XT Mac Edition, a single slot graphics card for Apple’s Power Mac G5. The Radeon X800 XT doubles the performance of the previous generation (the Radeon 9800), according to the company. Equipped with dual digital display connections, (one Dual Link DVI and one ADC port), the Radeon X800 XT supports the Apple 30-inch Cinema HD Display as well as legacy Apple Digital Displays.
