Glue Tools has updated its Mac-based Séance control package, which provides control for Vision Research’s line of Phantom high-speed digital cameras. Up until now, these cameras were only compatible with Windows-based computers, requiring Mac users to set up an elaborate system to simply download footage. Séance1.1 improves upon the previous release to provide a better Phantom Camera workflow for Macintosh users.

“New photos show what is claimed to be a case maker’s mold for Apple’s rumored ‘mini’ iPad. The sample is estimated to be about two-thirds the size of the regular third-generation iPad; that translates into a length of about 213.36mm, and a width of 143.67mm. The third-generation iPad, by contrast, is 185.67mm wide, 241.3mm long, and 9.39mm thick. Canon U.S.A. (http://www.usa.canon.com/) has announced three Photo All-In-One (AIO) printers — the PIXMA MG4220 Wireless, PIXMA MG3220 Wireless and PIXMA MG2220. A new feature for these print, copy and scan printers is My Image Garden software, which combines various tools to help consumers organize memorable photos and create new photo projects by unlocking images stored on computers.
