Your Head Software has released Time-X 1.0, a skinable digital clock for Mac OS X. The application also features a chronograph stopwatch, count-down timer, and an alarm. Time-X is $10 shareware.

Jokersupdates has posted several photos from NECC, including Steve Jobs’ keynote. The photos are unlabeled, however, so pick and choose your photos based on their generic file names.

Andy Gore, Editor-in-Chief of Macworld magazine, has left the publication, according to an email sent internally to employees of the magazine. Gore apparently resigned his position having accomplished what he had set out to do, although no official word has been released yet.

America Online today announced that it has added 5 million new members in the last 8 months, boosting its member total over the 30 million mark. Six million of those members are foreign subscribers, with AOL Latin America delivering 750,000 subscribers and AOL France having 1 million subscribers to its name. Microsoft’s MSN is the second largest ISP with 5 million customers, while EarthLink is third with about 4.8 million.

Lexmark today unveiled the X73 and X83 All-in-One Print Centers, which combine a printer and scanner. Both devices can print at resolutions of up to 2400×1200 dpi (the X83 is slightly faster than the X73) and feature a 600×1200 dpi optical scanning resolution with 48-bit color. Additionally, the X73 and X83 offer photo copying and faxing features. The X73 ships with Mac compatibility out of the box for US$149, while the X83 sell for US$199 and will have Mac compatibility in the near future.
