PC Expo attendance falls

A continued waning interest in desktop and laptop products, as well as related technologies, led attendance at last week’s PC Expo in New York to fall for the first time in the show’s 19-year history. About 50,000 people attended the three-day expo, down from 55,000 last year. In contrast, Macworld Expo New York, which is held in the same location, attracted 61,500 attendees last year.

The highly successful game has been available for PC and PlayStation for some time, but was only recently released for the Mac. “In the past two weeks my son, my daughter and I all have spent countless hours with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2.
