Women overtake male surfers in US, Canada
A new Nielsen/NetRatings report show that women make up more than half of the Web’s users in the US and Canada. Meanwhile, in other parts of the world, the number of female users continues to increase significantly, with women generally comprising 40 to 45 percent of the Web surfing population. Men still spend more time online, however.
