Macromedia Web World, which was slated to take place September 17-20 in San Francisco, CA, has been postponed. “Due to unforeseen difficulties associated with air travel and in order to give all of those who planned on participating at Macromedia Web World time to adjust to the events that have transpired, FTP Inc. and Macromedia have decided to postpone the event.” The two companies are working to reschedule the event.

Brochu Software has released CalcWorks 1.7.6, and handy desktop calculator for the Mac. This new release updates the software to include the latest currency conversion rates.
