Drylab R&D has announced Dailies Creator 2.3 for Mac OS X

Drylab R&D (http://drylab.no/products/) has announced Dailies Creator 2.3 for Mac OS X. Creator is part of an integrated system for distributing digital dailies and is used by film and TV drama productions.

Now, the DIT can provide the DP, producer, director, script supervisor, and others with Retina display ready dailies viewable on their own specially configured iPads. Creator ingests QuickTime-compatible files, transcodes to H.264, organizes them into shots, scenes, takes, and adds metadata. Clips and metadata are distributed to authorized iPads on-set or off (via the cloud).
