Myth III: The Wolf Age, the third installment in the popular real-time strategy game series, has been delayed, according to Macworld UK. Mac OS 9 compatibility is reportedly to blame, although one developer notes that the game runs so much better under Mac OS X that users should upgrade. Myth III: The Wolf Age was originally slated to ship in November; it’s unclear when the game will ship now.

Macromedia has file a lawsuit against Adobe, claiming Adobe’s Photoshop and GoLive applications use technology that was patented by Macromedia back in 1998. No court date has been set, but Macromedia is asking a judge to prohibit Adobe from selling the software.

Ambrosia Software has posted Snapz Pro X 1.0.1, an update to its robust screen capture tool for Mac OS X. The new version adds Mac OS X 10.1 compatibility, small new features, bug fixes, and more localizations.
