Deliver for OS X now lets you upload non-compressed folders to FTP

Zevrix Solutions (www.zevrix.com) has announced Deliver 2.4.17, a feature update to its OS X automated file transfer solution for remote and local destinations.

Deliver lets users send files to FTP, Google Storage, Amazon S3, WebDAV and other servers and offers automatic e-mail notifications, delivery to multiple destinations, file encryption, delivery history and other time saving features. The new version allows users to transfer non-compressed folders directly to FTP and SFTP servers.

DCBM updates Word Writer Pro for Mac OS X

DCBM has updated Word Writer Pro (http://dcbm.livejournal.com/) for Mac OS X to version 1.2.1. The app lets you to open Word and Microsoft Office documents.

The upgrade supports Retina displays. Plus, all documents can easily be viewed, modified and saved in “perfect layouts,” says Han Qiang of the DCBM development team.

Word Writer Pro requires Mac OS X 10.7 or later. It costs US$9.99 and is available at the Mac App Store.
