Sample Logic releases A.I.R. Expanded

Sample Logic has released A.I.R. Expanded (http://www.samplelogic.com/air.html), which blends the “three essential building blocks of music (ambience, impacts, and rhythms)” into one toolkit.

In the Expanded version, A.I.R.’s sample programming and user interface have been completely redesigned and enhanced from the ground up with five independent screens of more than 40 assignable effects and performance parameters. In addition, Sample Logic has revamped every original A.I.R. instrument and introduced a new collection of instruments and multis.

‘MacVoices’ looks at Boinx TV

MacVoices (http://www.macvoices.com), Oliver Breidenbach of Boinx Software talks about why they needed to get a TV studio in a suitcase to demonstrate their flagship product, BoinxTV, at last week’s Macworld Expo.

BoinxTV gives the Mac live video production capabilities, and is a key component of the many video productions done on the show floor. Breidenbach names some of those using it, and also talks about why he brought a large part of his team to San Francisco, the benefits they gain from Macworld, and the value of the chance interactions that are part of the show.
