Apple sues HTC for patent infringement

Another day, another lawsuit. Apple has filed a lawsuit against HTC for infringing on 20 Apple patents related to the iPhone’s user interface, underlying architecture and hardware. The lawsuit was filed concurrently with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and in U.S. District Court in Delaware.

“We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it,” says Apple CEO Steve Jobs. “We’ve decided to do something about it. We think competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours.”

SteelSeries introduces new gaming keyboard, headset

Logitech releases portable audio system, updates Harmony remote line-up

Logitech (http://www.logitech.com) has released the Laptop Z205 speaker for laptop and netbook computers. The company has also updated its line of Harmony remotes.

The Logitech Laptop Speaker Z205 (pictured) attaches to the top of most laptop screens.The speaker Z205 is small and portable — approximately 1.35 inches thick and 2.5 inches tall. The included carrying case protects your speaker while inside your briefcase or backpack.
