Analyst: iPhone product orders increased

Forget “Antennagate.” Sterne Agee analyst Vijay Rakesh told clients in a research note Monday that his checks with the supply chain finds that Apple “has recently increased iPhone 4 orders,” reports “Barron’s” (http://macosg.me/2/oe).

The analyst says that, despite the antenna issue, “the supply chain is scrambling to make more” of the new phone. Rakesh thinks the build rate for the September quarter is above 10 million units.
