Sample Logic has announced Cinematic Guitars (http://www.samplelogic.com/cinematicguitars.html), an US$399.99 collection of morphed guitar instruments harnessed in a “core effects sequencer” engine powered by the Native Instruments Kontakt Player.

AntennaSys prez: Apple won’t change antenna for a Verizon iPhone

If an iPhone does appear on Verizon, don’t expect Apple to change its antenna design, Spencer Webb, president of AntennaSys, says — as reported by “Computerworld” (http://macosg.me/2/q5).

“I’ve called Apple’s antenna design ‘bold’ and ‘risky,’ but they won’t change it [for a CDMA-based phone],” he says. “The antenna design is architecturally fixed in the design, and it would take them a while to make whatever the next design is.”
