MiniMonos has announced MiniMonos Flight 1.0 for iOS, an iPhone adaptation of the US$1.99 game in MiniMonos, the children’s virtual world. Players of the game become flying monkeys, and have to tilt their iPhones left and right to swoop through the sky, collecting wind clouds and avoiding energy-sapping pollution clouds. Trampolines on the ground provide bouncing rescues to monkeys that get too low.

‘Bizarre’ QT flaw discovered

Predicto members think Apple will announce a new Apple TV tomorrow

The members of Predicto (http://www.predicto.com), a web site that offers regular polls, think Apple will announce a new version of the Apple TV at its special event tomorrow.

Of those who have voted so far, 76% are expecting a new Apple TV, and 24% are not expecting such an announcement.

Apple’s special event will be held at 1 pm (Pacific) at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco. The invitation shows a guitar with an Apple logo/cut-out indicating that the event will focus on music instead. Or perhaps in addition to Apple TV Take Three.
