Most people believe free Wi-Fi networks are dangerous

Free public Wi-Fi stats from American ITRC (Identity Theft Resource Center) show that 78.5% of people who connect to publically available Internet networks believe that using public Wi-Fi can lead to identity theft. Yet only 26.7% percent use VPN, the most reliable tool for personal online protection that encrypts all traffic between Internet and device into a secure tunnel.

Apple announces environmental progress in China

Unmarked Software serves up TextSoap 8.1 for Mac OS X

Unmarked Software has updated TextSoap, its Mac OS X productivity tool designed to automate the tedious task of manually cleaning up text, to version 8.1.



The software processes text from different formats. Version 8.1 brings user interface improvements and adds new options for all find and replace fields, either in the text editor window or with custom cleaners.
