‘Bloomberg’: Apple antenna expert warned Jobs of iPhone 4 design problems

Apple’s senior antenna expert voiced concern to CEO Steve Jobs in the early design phase of the iPhone 4 that the antenna design could lead to dropped calls, reports “Bloomberg” (http://macosg.me/2/jg), quoting a “person familiar with the matter.”

Last year, Ruben Caballero, a senior engineer and antenna expert, informed Apple’s management the device’s design may hurt reception, the article says. A carrier partner also raised concerns about the antenna before the device’s June 24 release, “Bloomberg” adds, quoting “another person familiar with the situation.”

REAL Studio to include Cocoa framework beta in upcoming release
