GEAR4 announces line of portable audio solutions for the iPod, iPhone

GEAR4 (http://www.GEAR4.com), an UK iPod and iPhone audio brand, has expanded its presence in the U.S. market with the introduction of new portable audio solutions for the iPhone and iPod touch. They’ll be available for purchase in the U.S. by Oct. 1.
 
The US$149 Explorer SP is a lightweight iPod/iPhone speaker that comes with a carrying case and a remote. It has a lithium-ion battery with a fast-charge feature, purportedly giving it 10 hours of continuous play after only two hours of charge.
