Developer Benedict Lowndes has released a beta of WindowFlow (http://windowflow.com) for Mac OS X. The app provides keyboard commands for organizing your application windows.

You can move and resize windows which will snap into alignment with each other. Window tiling allows you to select a messy group of windows to be re-organized to make the most of your screen space. The app’s interface also acts as a window switcher, allowing you to browse all of your open application windows.
