Internet grievances grow

Consumer complaints regarding the Internet—primarily involving ecommerce and services—were the eighth most common in 2000, according to a new report from the National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators and the Consumer Federation of America, marking the first time the category has made it into the Top 10. Problems with auto sales and household goods shared the top spot on the list.
