Quark to speak at the CFA Institute annual conference

HTC says Apple infringes on five of its patents

Another day, another lawsuit. Or at least a continuation of an ongoing legal brouhaha. HTC Corp. (http://www.htc.com/us/#/?slide=0) has filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) to halt the importation and sale of the iPhone, iPad and iPod in the U.S. HTC says Apple is infringing on five of its patents.
