Apple TV has tallied 23 nominations for the 2025 Children’s and Family Emmy Awards, with the cancelled “Time Bandits” leading the list.

It only lasted a single season, but the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has recognized it in seven categories:

  1. Young Teen Series
  2. Lisa Kudrow: Lead Performer in a Preschool, Children’s or Young Teen Program
  3. Jemaine Clement, lain Morris, Taika Waititi: Writing for a Young Teen Series, episode “Kevin Haddock”
  4. Directing for a Live Action Series: episode “Kevin Haddock”
  5. Art Direction/Set Decoration/Scenic Design: episode “Kevin Haddock”
  6. Hairstyling and Makeup: episode “Kevin Haddock”
  7. Visual Effects for a Live Action Program: episode “Kevin Haddock”

Apple TV’s “Wonder Pets: In the City,” is up for five nominations, including Writing for a Preschool Animated Series for – Steven Altiere, and Younger Voice Performer for Vanessa Huszar.

“Jane,” the series about the life of conservationist Jane Goodall has been nominated in three categories: Outstanding Preschool, Children’s, or Family Viewing Series; Outstanding Writing for a Preschool or Children’s Series; and Outstanding Editing for a Preschool or Children’s Live Action Program.

“Me,” “Goldie,” and “Eva the Owlet” have two nominations each. “WondLa” and “Yo Gabba GabbaLand!” have one nomination each.

Winners will be feted during the 2025 Children’s & Family Emmys ceremony on March 1 and 2, which will be held in New York City for the first time, at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall. Winners in the Juried Individual Achievement in Animation categories will be announced early next year, as will the Lifetime Achievement honoree and ceremony host and presenters.
