DEVONthink and DEVONnote help users classify and organize documents with unique artificial intelligence. Version 2.8.5 adds support for ebooks and Textbundle files. It also comes with better scanner support and PDF annotations. The updates are free and recommended for all users.

DEVONthink Pro Office allows to share documents even with Windows users. Its integrated web server lets them find and view documents or even add new ones. Version 2.8.5 improves performance and password protection. Links in Markdown documents and formatted notes are better handled, too.

All editions including DEVONnote 2.8.5 allow to build smart groups matching multiple tags. Finder tags are matched to existing labels by color when importing documents. Finally, multiple selected documents or groups can be exported as one template.
