Jiri Markalous has introduced Chords Notes Player 1.0, a music app built for Mac OS X.

Chords Notes Player gives musicians the possibility to create chord charts to folk and bluegrass songs. You can replay them or use them as backing tracks for your practice, print them and gain an easy to follow chord patterns to accompany your jamming.

Formatting and noting of chords during composing is easy, says Markalous. It’s only necessary to write down the chords’ names divided by spacing.

Chords Notes Player 1.0 costs US$9.99 and is available worldwide through the Mac App Store in the Music category (http://tinyurl.com/l7hmt7t). For more info go to www.chordsnotesplayer.com .
