Extensis has released Suitcase Fusion 5, the latest version of the professional-grade font manager that integrates fonts directly into the creative workflow. The new version delivers features such as font auto-activation plug-ins for Adobe Creative Cloud and QuickComp for fast font mock-ups.

Suitcase Fusion 5 delivers new auto-activation plug-ins for the recently debuted Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and InCopy. Integrated font panels allow designers to preview and activate any font right from Creative Cloud and Creative Suite apps, without switching between applications. Designers can use Suitcase Fusion 5 on more than one machine, as they can with their Creative Cloud subscriptions.

Suitcase Fusion 5, compatible with Mac OS X and Windows, is available through distribution with Ingram Micro (US) and Synnex (Canada), through North American resellers and retailers (CDW), and direct from the Extensis website (www.extensis.com). The estimated cost starts at US$99.95 for the full product and$49.95 for upgrades from previous versions.
