Apple has posted MacBook Air and MacBook Pro Update 1.0. You can obtain them via the Software Updates component of the Mac OS X Systems Preferences app.

According to Apple, the update fixes a problem with “increased CPU power consumption” and “improves compatibility with some USB devices.” Apple recommends the update for the new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models, including the new Retina MacBook Pro.
