Data Creator 1.0 for Mac OS X (10.6 or higher) is a new tool for creating data tables and fill them with proper random content to export to test database and various apps.

The US$5 app can create structured data table (fields) and fill them with proper random content (records). These data can be saved on disk (as text files in tab or CSV formats) and imported inside a database or various apps for testing and demonstration purpose

Data Creator can be used to create very large data sets (thousands and thousands of records) for stress tests of structures and scripts. Any developer or user can now perform serious demo and test software using realistic data and not just repetitive text fields created with copy and paste, according to the folks at Tension Software, the developers of Data Creator.

The app is available at the Mac App Store and the Tension Software web site (http://www.pomola.com/products_datacreator/).
