Appsoft Studio has introduced Smart Image Converter, an app for converting, resizing, renaming and organizing images and photos on your Mac. It requires Mac OS X 10.6 or higher, costs US$3.99 and is available worldwide exclusively through the Mac App Store in the Graphics & Design category.
Smart Image Convert converts your images and photos to PNG, JPG, GIF, TIFF file formats. It also changes the file names and the size of images. Photos can be dragged directly to the app window from iPhoto.
The main advantage of Smart Image Converter is clear usage, says says Vitalijus Vysniauskas, the project manager of Appsoft Studio. There’s just a few simple settings and you get fast results with only a few clicks, he adds.
