Schools, businesses and other organizations that have to carry iPads between locations now have a new option: transport cases with charge and sync configurations.
The new cases from Datamation Systems are designed for classrooms, conferences, trade shows, travelling labs and training centers. One model (the DS-IP-TC16) handles up to 16 iPads and a MacBook in a case that meets military and airline specifications. It also includes yncing and charging using USB technology from Cambrionix.
Another (DS-IP-TC38) provides storage and charging capabilities (but not syncing) for up to 38 iPads or tablets in a custom-built case. These new iPad and tablet transport cases and other products are available from major computer companies or directly from Datamation Systems (http://www.ipadcarts.com).
