Graphic Node (http://www.graphicnode.com) has announced an addition to its collection of Pages templates. Pages is Apple’s US$19.95 word processing/document creation app.
In addition to 250 layouts from the previous version, the updated selection contains 150 new templates. The Pages Templates pack includes 400 templates. All photo layouts feature media placeholders, allowing users to crop a placed image neatly into a custom shape.
The upgraded package covers the range of template types introduced in the earlier versions (including Brochure, Business Card, Greeting, Flyer, and Invitation) as well as new ones: Bookmark, CD/DVD Jewel Case, Certificate, Diploma, Labels, Magazine Cover, Menu, and Playing Cards. Most of the 400 templates included are available for printing on both A4 paper, the standard size prevalent in most countries in the world, and US Letter, the most common paper format in the United States and Canada.
Users can view samples of the themes and purchase Pages Templates on the Graphic Node website. After the product is downloaded and installed on a computer, the new themes will automatically appear in the Templates Chooser of Pages. The collection is also available on the Mac App Store.
The Pages Templates requires Mac OS X 10.5 or higher and iWork 08 or later. It costs US$16.99.
