PopCap Games has announced the global launch of Peggle HD for the iPad.  A franchise first, Peggle HD includes Game Center support with 29 achievements and an in-app purchase option for the complete Peggle Nights game. For a limited time only, Peggle HD will be available for a special introductory price of US$2.99 from the Apple App Store with the in-app purchase option of Peggle Nights for $0.99. Thereafter, the games will be available for US$4.99 and US$1.99, respectively.

Weily Apps has released What’s Next?? — Pattern Game 1.0 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $0.99 is targeted to kids from 4-7 years of age. Youngsters are treated to fun sounds and colorful pictures as they learn to form sequential patterns. As a bonus, children are able to use their creativity to make a picture collage.

Sea’s Garden has introduced Multi Clip for iOS, a free app for downloading files on the Internet. When you find photos, videos, PDFs on the webpage, you can download and cache selected files at once. When you push “dl button,” Multi Clip will search downloadable files from the webpage and will present them in a list. You can choose which files to download and cache, and push download to start.

Kigra Software has launched Orb Code Deluxe 1.0, its latest mobile game for iOS devices. It’s a casual puzzle game based on the traditional pen and paper game, bulls and cows. In Orb Code, your challenge is to solve the hidden code. The code will have between three and eight slots and each slot can be one of three to eight different colors. You can take as many guesses as you need, but time is limited. Orb Code is available in two versions. The basic version is a free, ad-supported, single player game. Orb Code Deluxe is ad-free and adds a head-to-head, two-player game mode and will be available for $1.99 with a special introductory price of $0.99 for the first 30 days.

PixelMat Software has debuted Clay Ten 1.0, an educational app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. It offers an “engaging and fun approach to introduce children to the numbers 1 through 10.” Clay Ten HD for iPad is US$1.99. The iPhone and iPod touch version is $0.99.

Heart2app has grown Gift: real rose for iOS, a $0.99 app that allows the user to view a close-up photo of a red rose from 360 degrees. The recipient can drag to rotate the view. Gift: real rose also allows the user to add roses and other images from the in-app library of romantic images to a photo. The rose photo contains 10 hidden, romantic messages.

Pyxwise Software has introduced Simplex Spelling HD 1.0, a children’s educational app for iOS devices. The $6.99 app offers a “reverse phonics” approach to spelling for more than 220 high frequency words. Its letter-by-letter feedback system gives students immediate feedback as each letter in the spelling word is color coded to show if it’s correct, correct but in the wrong place, or incorrect.

The new Toaster Oracle iOS app ($0.99) will tell you how it thinks your day will go based on the looks of your toast.

OfficeTime is today unveiling the iPhone and iPad versions of it self-titled time and expense tracking app for Mac and Windows. Designed for anyone who bills by the hour, it’s for recording and tracking time and expenses. OfficeTime for iOS will retail for $7.99, while the Mac and PC versions can be purchased online for $47.

Naboo has produced iVigilo Smartcam 1.0, a free productivity app for iOS devices. it turns any camera equipped iOS device into a wireless IP camera, whose video stream can be accessed by all modern browsers on any computing or mobile platform. iViglio Smartcam features an autosense function, which will rotate the signal of the video camera automatically and displayed in the correct orientation, supports different video quality resolutions, and more.

Webcreatorhub has unleashed AnimalChat for iOS. In the $0.99 app, animals meet in different places like grocery, bus station, clothing store, forest and discuss their bodies. Kids can learn animal facts from different conversations.

iNtervalSoft and WhoElseCC? have cooked up the children’s combined game and ebook for iOS devices Based on the children’s book, “The Lizard of Cupcake Lake,” the $0.99 game and ebook “promotes fun while subtly reinforcing learning.” Your child will watch as Claude and frog dine on gnats and flies on the shore of Cupcake Lake.

Fantastimage has rolled out VivaFoto 1.0 for t iOS devices. Upon launch of the $0.99 app, the VivaFoto interface looks identical to a traditional camera until one taps the icon to access its built in collection of real time effects: artistic cross-hatch, color tints, gelatin silver, sepia and more! 24 effects in all. VivaFoto works with the iPhone’s front and rear facing cameras, and also includes an artistic border option.

Ravensburger Digital has teamed up with exozet games to create Ramses II for iOS In the game, you explore pyramids, dodge sandstorms, and beat out rival treasure hunters. The iPhone/iPod touch version costs $2.99; the iPad version is $4.99.

The Pixelmator Team is offering Flapcraft 1.0, a $1.99, arcade-style game for iOS devices. Flapcraft lets users play as a handsome Viking doing tricks in the air by flying on a wooden log. To perform these tricks more easily and effectively, and to fly faster and further, the wooden log can be upgraded with wings, rockets, engines and more. Flapcraft features more than 30 levels, upgradable in-game equipment, and more.

Tapps has developed laCarte, a $19.99 iPad app designed to bring all the benefits of a digital menu to the tablet. It’s a solution intended for hotels, bars and restaurants and uses a tool to present meals, beverages and wines.

Booyah has announcedEarly Bird for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The app combines artwork and physics-based gesture gameplay. Early Bird is available costs US$0.99 for the iPhone and iPhone touch, and $1.99 for the iPad.
