As part of Time Inc.’s effort to deliver its brands everywhere consumers want them, the company says that all 21 of its U.S. titles will be available as tablet editions by the end of 2011. Time Inc. will be the first major U.S. magazine publisher to make all of its titles available on all leading tablet platforms, with products designed specifically for this medium.

Neuwert-Media has announced Measures HD 1.0.0, an iPad version of their unit conversion utility. Besides all sorts of units it can convert between world currency exchange rates as well as integrates with Wikipedia. Measures HD normally costs US$2.99, but it’s on sale for $1.99 for a limited time.

Ateam has released Ellie — Help me out … please 1.0, an atmospheric anime stylized “escape the room” adventure for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This free game charges players with helping a young woman escape from a locked room where she’s being held ransom.

The free app offers a variety of features giving users the ability to show off their creativity, artistic abilities, and sense of humor. It also provides “doodlers” of all abilities to participate in a worldwide drawing contest for prizes and allows users to receive instant feedback on Doodles from the community.

Lifeware Solutions has launched Deluxe Moon Basic 1.0, a lunar astronomical tool for iOS devices. Focused on Moon science, the $0.99 app features precise moon phase times and a list of lunar parameters to moon calendars and compass. This app provides automatic positioning by GPS or cellular network. Deluxe Moon Basic also takes into account your location when computing moon parameters, and it displays sunrise and sunset time and related Sun information.

Sulaba has driven out Circuit Racer 3D Racing Game — Time To Race 1.0, a 3D simulation buggy car racing game for iOS. The $1.99 app puts you in the driver’s seat to learn how to drive and race in rain or shine.

AOL has published Editions, a free daily magazine for iPad. Developed by AOL’s mobile-first team, Editions is “tailored to the unique interests of each of its users in an easy to read format” and “surfaces top news by section to ensure readers are getting information that is not only interesting to them, but also important.”
