Users can have the app work out their equal annuity, equal principal and bullet payments, as well as capitalization of interest and the incorporation of grace periods in their loans.

Light Pillar has released Portal, a new web browser for the iPhone and iPod touch devices. The $1.99 app is designed to provide a clear, full screen view of the Internet.

Blue Wind has introduced Thief Lupin! 1.0, a free, one-button game for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The multi-level game is set in the pretext of an ultimate thieving challenge, where the smart thieves from world over are invited to contend for the honor of the King of Thieves. BeWorld’s has unveiled Ringtone Wiz 1.0 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $1.99 app offers three tracks for users to create original ringtones on using music from their library, recorded voice and text-to-speech, which supports 35 languages. Users are able to use the features individually or combine all three functions.

Sulaba has debuted Ring Master Toss 3D, a ring-toss game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. Based on the popular old-time ring-toss games at carnivals and arcades, the $1.99 uses games physics. Ring Master Toss 3D features four room settings, five music themes, and three customizable target grid matrix settings.

Paradigma Software, makers of the database technology Valentina, have rolled out iValentina for iOS devices. It’s a database management that allows database administrators and managers to remotely manage, administrate and query remote database servers. iValentina for iOS is available in two formats: one specifically designed for use on the iPhone, and the other for use on the iPad. iValentina for iOS is free for all users of Valentina Office Server and Valentina Embedded Server.

To reach and connect prospective employers with job seekers in a mobile, always-on way,, a job matching engine, is making available an iPad application for job hunting. The free app, designed specifically for job seekers, is available via the Apple App Store.

AvoApps has published Untold Guide for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 1.0 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. It’s a $0.99 guide offering skills for Black Ops players.

The “Arkansas Democrat-Gazette” is now available as a complete digital replica of the printed edition, combined with breaking news from the newspaper’s web site, in the form of the new newspaper app for the iPad called ArkansasOnline.

Technology Review, publisher of the world’s oldest technology magazine, has released an iPad app. The new iOS app allows users to access Technology Review’s editorial content, including daily news, video, “Business Impact” and “Technology Review” magazine. It also gives users the ability to participate in discussions within Technology Review’s dynamic online community, explore interactive features, and access subscription content. The Technology Review iOS app is free to download, but some of the content, including the magazine, requires a subscription to access.

HotelTonight, a mobile-exclusive hotel booking app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, is now available on the App Store, bringing users last-minute deals at the most desirable hotels. It’s a free download.

Bignoggins Productions has updated Fantasy Monster HD, a fantasy sports manager for the iPad, to version 3.3. The $4.99 allows users to manage any of their fantasy football, basketball, hockey, or baseball teams. Both Yahoo and ESPN leagues are supported.

GoGlyph has created goGlyph 1.0, their free geolocation messaging application for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. With goGlyph, users are able to create messages and “post” them to their current location. Visitors to that location are able to view messages within 1,000, 100 or 10 meters of their current locations. Messages about the location, announcements, commercial messages, or just greetings, are tied to a location and viewable on iOS  mobile devices.

James Hollender has announced version 1.7 of Vitamin K, his app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The $1.99 app allows users to find out how much vitamin K there is in over 900 different food servings.

Pictional has updated TrueHDR, their HDR photography app for iOS devices, to version 2.2. It enables users to take HDR photos on iPhone 4, 3GS, and iPod touch 4G. New features include: geo-tagging, improved image alignment, and enhanced light metering for automatically setting exposures. TrueHDR is on a limited-time sale for 50% off of its regular price and can now be obtained for $0.99.

FutureTap has released Where To? 3.5.1, an update to their $2.99 location finder for the iPhone and iPod touch. The update includes Where To? 3D, an Augmented Reality module for iPhone 4 and 3GS. The points of interest are displayed on top of reality.
