Apple updates iWork apps for the iPad

Apple has released version 1.2 updates to its three iWork apps for the iPad: Pages, Numbers and Keynote. They’re available at the Apple App Store.

According to Apple, the updates offer improvements to file-format support and file transferring, add the ability to transfer files to and from remote servers and beef up support for exporting files in Microsoft Office-compatible file formats. They also support transferring documents to and from iDisk, a feature of Apple’s MobileMe US$99-per-year suite of online services/tools.
