Barnes & Noble to release eReader for the iPad

Barnes & Noble (http://www.barnesandnoble.com) says it will soon be adding a new B&N eReader for the iPad.
 
Designed specifically for the Apple device, the B&N eReader will give customers access to more than one million eBooks, magazines and newspapers in the Barnes & Noble eBookstore, as well as the existing content in their Barnes & Noble digital library. That includes eBooks and content customers have downloaded to their nook™ eBook reader.)

FileMaker, Bracket deliver ‘Slam Dunk’ charts

FileMaker and Bracket Science have teamed up to deliver a bracket resource titled “Bracket Science Slam Dunk Charts by FileMaker Pro 11.”

The Facebook page is designed to give college basketball fans a competitive edge in creating their championship tournament brackets thanks to FileMaker Pro 11, the database software, which now features integrated charting. Fans will see a variety of daily charts and can select and share the charts that they find most useful in building their tourney brackets.
