Analysts at Goldman Sachs Group have told clients — as reported by the San Jose Business Journal (http://sanjose.bizjournals.com/sanjose/stories/2010/09/27/daily19.html?ana=yfcpc) that Apple may roll out a thinner iPad with a built-in camera and mini-USB drive by June, later than some others have projected.

The Sellers Research Firm (that’s me) thinks we’ll see a new iPad sooner than June, but not in time for the holiday season as some have predicted. My forecast: look for a new iPad around March. Also, I’m 99% sure the next iPad will have a built-in camera. I’m less certain about a mini-USB drive (though that would be great) and the rumored seven-inch iPad.

Sales of tablet computers from Apple and others could reach 16 million units this year and 35 million in 2011, Goldman Sachs forecasts.
