Korea Telecom (KT), the provider of the iPhone in South Korea, says it’s received a total of 110,000 pre-orders for the iPhone 4 in nine hours.

“MobileCrunch” (http://macosg.me/2/qe) notes that, by way of comparison, when the 3GS came out in Korea, the company reportedly registered just between 60,000 and 65,000 pre-orders in the first week. The iPhone 4 will launch in South Korea next month.
