Chronos LC (http://www.chronosnet.com) has released iClipboard 2.0, an update of the clipboard manager for Mac OS X. According to Jerry Halls, vice president of Sales at Chronos, there’s a new Paste Blaster that fundamentally changes the way users can paste clippings from their history.

It works just like the application switcher built into Mac OS X where you press Command-Tab to switch applications. Instead of selecting an application, the Paste Blaster lets you select the clipping you want to paste. iClipboard 3.0 also lets you copy clippings to projects, in addition to moving them. You can now turn the Shelf on and off.

iClipboard 3.0 is immediately available for US$29.99. Registered iClipboard 1.x and 3.x users can upgrade to version 3.0 for $14.99. A 30-day demo is available for download. iClipboard requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later.
