Objective Develpment releases first iPhone game

Objective Development Software has released their first iPhone game,
Pebbles (http://www.obdev.at/pebbles/). The game is being made
available for free as an introductory offer until May 5 in the Apple
App Store. From then on it will cost US$2.99.

Here’s how the game is described: “The basic principle of the game is
irresistibly easy: from the edge, you throw a pebble into a square
playing field. When one stone lands on another of the same color,
this stone as well as all bordering stones of the same color
disappear. The goal is, of course, to empty the field.

PageSender for Mac OS X adds Sparkle support

SmileOnMyMac has released PageSender 4.5
(http://www.smileonmymac.com/PageSender/), an update of its fax
software for Mac OS X. The upgrade adds adds support for Sparkle, the
utility that makes it simple for users to install software updates.

PageSender 4.5 also adds support the SmartFax.com fax-via-email
service, bringing the total number of fax-via-email services
supported by PageSender to 16.

PageSender 4.5 costs US$39.95 (though version 4.5 is a free update
for registered users of version 4.x. Registered users of previous
versions can upgrade for $20.

OWC introduces USB 2.0 display adapter

Other World Computing (http://www.macsales.com)
has released the US$99 OWC USB 2.0 Display
Adapter, a solution for adding an additional
display to Macs and PCs via any standard USB 2.0
port. Functioning like a bus powered “external
video card,” the OWC USB 2.0 Display Adapter adds
an additional monitor to desktop and laptop
computers that offer only one built-in
display/video-out port.

In addition, the adapter also eliminates the cost
and hassle of installing a video card into a

Mark/Space releases Missing Sync 2.0 for iPhone for Mac

Mark/Space has released The Missing Sync for iPhone Version 2.0 for
Mac (http://www.markspace.com/iphone/), featuring true, two-way
syncing of notes, tasks and documents between the Mac and iPhone or
iPod touch via Wi-Fi.

With it you can edit notes on the Mac and those changes will be
synced to the iPhone. Complete tasks on the iPhone and they will be
updated on the Mac. Create and revise documents and files on the Mac,
and they’ll sync to the iPhone.
