Stellar Data Recovery has launched Stellar Phoenix Macintosh Data
Recovery 4.0 (http://www.macintosh-data-recovery.com), an update of
the application for retrieving lost data. The new version is
compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”).

Stellar Phoenix Macintosh Data Recovery recovers lost, deleted and
missing data It’s compatible with HFS, HFS+, HFSX, HFS Wrapper and
FAT file systems and works with Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher.

The single-user download edition of Stellar Phoenix Macintosh Data
Recovery 4.0 is available for US$99.

Easypano Holdings (http://www.easypano.com), a developer of panorama
and virtual reality technology, has released Panoweaver 6.0 for
Macintosh. It’s an update of the product for stitching both
cylindrical and spherical 360 degree panoramas from
single-row/multiple rows of digital photos or fisheye photos, and
exporting panoramic images to various players.

Panoweaver 6.0 comes in three editions: Batch, Standard and
Professional. They cost US$999, $99 and $499.99, respectively.

Panoweaver 6.0 adds support for automatic stitching and manual
stitching.

Enhance Technology (http://www.enhance-tech.com) has announced its
new QuadraPack X14, an internal storage backplane enclosure with four
2.5-inch hard drive bays that are SAS, SATA, and SSD compatible. With
individual key locks for each removable tray, it provides a
physically secured storage environment in a single 5.25″ drive bay
form factor.

The X14 consists of a drive tray with retention springs and frontal
ventilation ports for cooling power and vibration stability in
conditions that require continuous operation.

Native Instruments (http://www.native-instruments.com) has updated
several of its products, including Absynth, Guitar Rig and Kontakt.

Absynth is an US$79 semi-modular software synthesizer. Version 5.0
provides additional synthesis and effects features, as well as
overall improved audio quality, and offers an new way to create
complex sounds based on musical attributes.

Guitar Rig is an $199 amp and effects emulation system for guitarists
and producers of all styles and genres.

Bare Bones Software has announced the release and immediate
availability of Yojimbo 2.0, a significant upgrade to the popular,
easy-to-use information organizer. Yojimbo 2.0 makes it easier than
ever to add and categorize, plus search for and retrieve information
items.
