Simplify Media (http://www.simplifymedia.com) has released Simplify
Photo for the iPhone and iPod touch, as well as laptops. It’s
available at an introductory price of US$0.99 at the Apple App Store
(http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=319704302).
Simplify Photo for the desktop is a free app.

With Simplify Photo you can share you photos anytime while avoiding
the hassles of synching or uploading your files with multiple
devices, according to Simplify Media CEO Bill Bradford. Users can
manage one library, while remotely accessing all their photos from
home, work, or on the go.

“Simplify Photo is an easy-to-install software application that
enables users to remotely access their home computer’s digital photo
library over the Internet,” Bradford says. “Because it transfers
photos on-demand, Simplify Photo saves storage space and removes the
need to constantly synch with remote devices. Users can also securely
share photos within a private network of family and close friends.

Simplify Photo is easy to install and requires zero configuration of
firewalls and routers. It works over WiFi, EDGE and 3G networks, and
runs on the iPhone and iPod touch and between Mac, Windows and Ubuntu
netbooks and computers.
