Walmart’s Kevin Swint joins Apple

Walmart’s head of digital media, Kevin Swint, has been snagged by Apple to assist the company’s international iTunes offerings, reports Macworld UK. “He begins his new appointment at Apple this month, with particular responsibility of extending iTunes film and television rentals/sales worldwide,” notes the story. “Walmart’s strategy for digital distribution remains unsteady, with the company recently closing its online film services.”
