Onset Computer Corporation, the “HOBO” data
logger company, today announced a new version of
HOBOlink, the company’s web-based energy and
environmental monitoring software.

Compatible with the company’s HOBO U30 GSM and
Wi-Fi-based Remote Monitoring Systems, HOBOlink
provides 24/7 web access to energy usage and
environmental data. The new version provides a
number of new features designed to help users
manage their monitoring applications, including:

° Expanded data scaling that provides users with
more options for scaling energy and environmental
data so it can be viewed in real-world
measurement units. This includes linear and pulse
scaling, which allows scaling for kWh, kW, or for
any device data that is output in electronic
pulses.

° Enhanced rainfall graphs, which enables users
to display hourly and daily rainfall totals for
the last day, week or month.

° A signal strength indicator, which displays
signal strength so users can confirm that their
HOBO U30 systems have strong GSM cellular or
Wi-Fi reception.

In addition to these new features, Onset now
offers a range of HOBOlink data plans on both
T-Mobile and AT&T cellular networks. Plans start
at $240 per year.

HOBOlink is Onset’s revolutionary new web-enabled
software platform for use with HOBO U30 Remote
Monitoring Systems. HOBOlink saves users
significant time and money by enabling them to
access current and historical data, set alarm
notifications and relay activations, and manage
and control HOBO Remote Monitoring systems
without having to go into the field.
The new version of HOBOlink is available
immediately, and a demonstration video of the new
features can be viewed at
