A week before Macworld Expo in San Francisco, Apple has posted a teaser on its Home page, stating: “The first 30 years were just the beginning. Welcome to 2007.” As usual, rumors are flying thick and fast over what announcements Apple has up its sleeve for the show next week, but the company’s has said nothing — its consistent policy. REAL Software today announced that REALbasic 2007 Release 1 is shipping today. In addition to improved reliability for building Universal Binary applications, REALbasic 2007 Release 1 improves support for MySQL, PostreSQL and ODBC compliant databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
