Skype has released Skype 2.7 for Mac Beta, the latest version of its communication software for Mac users. Changes in this new version include: group contacts; see your Apple Address Book contacts in Skype; create and manage public chats by clicking on Chats in the menu bar and choosing Start Public Chat; Auto Redial for busy or unconnected calls; easy sound-level controls; and overhauled file transfer.
