MacSpeech releases ScriptPak for Nisus Writer Express

MacSpeech today announced the release of a new ScriptPak for Nisus Writer Express. The new ScriptPak installs over 300 commands into iListen that allows the user to do virtually anything by voice in Nisus Writer Express that they would normally do using keyboard shortcuts or menus. iListen 1.6.8 or later is required to use the new ScriptPak (US$19). MacSpeech offers several iListen packages, including a software only solution for $99, and a software and headset with microphone for $149.

Nova Media offers iSync support for Nokia 9300i smartphone

Nova Media today introduced a new version of Nova Media phone plug-in software featuring iSync support for the Nokia 9300i smartphone, allowing synchronization of calendar and contact data. Nova Media phone plug-ins for iSync do not touch the iSync application itself, placing new mobile phone definitions in the appropriate folder in the Mac OS X system instead. Thus the phone plug-ins for iSync is a clean way of expanding the capabilities of Apple’s iSync software. Nova Media phone plug-ins are priced at €9.95.
