Apple has released QuickTime Broadcaster 1.5.1, the latest version of its software for live Internet broadcasting of audio and video content, notes MacUpdate. QuickTime Broadcaster offers support for broadcasting in the new H.264 video codec, “dramatically” increased performance, and enhanced support for 3G streaming. In addition, this release offers support for Intel-based Macs.
