Newer Technology (NewerTech) today announced it has added to its line of NuPower iBook replacement batteries with a new higher capacity battery for Apple’s G3 and G4 12-inch iBook models. “The newest addition to the NewerTech NuPower Lithium-Ion battery family is rated at 45.5 Watt Hours, providing up to 31% more run time capacity than Apple factory-shipped batteries,” notes the company. “This NewerTech NuPower iBook G3/G4 12” Battery is immediately available for US$99.95, which is $20 less than the 40 Watt-Hour model it replaced.
